Products may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, subject to terms and conditions. To request a return please complete the details below and we will email your returns documents and instructions.

Terms and conditions

  1. Please ensure the Returns Number is marked clearly on the outer packaging of each parcel.
  2. All items must be returned as supplied including cables, leads, power supplies, packaging etc. Item packaging must be in saleable condition so please do not write or put any labels directly onto the item boxes / bags. If we need to repackage items there will be a minimum £25 administration and repackaging charge.
  3. Faulty items We will cover the cost of carriage for the return of faulty items. If an item is returned as faulty but no fault is found, a £25 administration charge plus the cost of the return carriage will apply. In this case, we cannot refund the original carriage charge.
  4. Non-faulty items If an item is not faulty it is at our discretion whether to accept a return for any other reason, for example if the wrong item was ordered. If a return is agreed and the RTS number issued, the customer may return the item at their own cost and there will be a £25 administration charge. We cannot refund the original carriage charge.
